Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Leitung der Zerlegung, Verpackung und dem Versand im Bereich Rindfleisch
  • Mitarbeiterführung und Personaleinsatzplanung von ca. 150 Mitarbeitern
  • Laufende Optimierung der Produktionsprozessese
  • Förderung und Unterstützung des Vion Operating Systems (Leanmanagement)
  • Durchführung von Kalkulationen
  • Erhebung und Auswertung produktionsrelevanter Kennzahlen
  • Kontrolle und  Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards

The profile

  • Fleischermeister (m/w/d), Fleischtechniker (m/w/d) oder Fleischer (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Fortbildung
  • Gute Produktkenntnisse im Bereich Rindfleisch
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Mitarbeiterführung
  • Konstruktives Denken und Handeln
  • Fähigkeit Veränderungsprozesse initiieren, ausführen und sichern zu können
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Leistungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office 365)
