Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Sie unterstützen uns von der Vertrags- bis zur Zeugniserstellung
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege von Personalstammdaten und abrechnungsvorbereitende Tätigkeiten inklusive der Zeitwirtschaft
  • Sie erstellen Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken
  • Sie betreuen das betriebliche Gesundheitsmanagement
  • Sie wirken an HR-Projekten mit

The profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung, vorzugsweise in der Abteilung Personal
  • Wir arbeiten mit SAP HCM (PT, PY, PA) und freuen uns, wenn Sie bereits Erfahrung in diesem Tool mitbringen
  • Sie beherrschen alle gängige MS-Office-Produkte (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Sie haben Spaß an administrativen Tätigkeiten und abwechslungsreichen Themen
  • Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und Kommunikationsgeschick mit
