Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Sie arbeiten in verschiedenen Bereichen (z.B. Zerlegung, Hochregal, Abviertelung usw.) und unterstützen die Abteilungen bzw. Abteilungsleiter
  • Sie übernehmen zunehmend Verantwortung und vertreten die Abteilungsleiter
  • Absprache mit den Abteilungen Verkauf und Versand
  • Organisation der Abteilungen
  • Ein-und Auslagerung von Waren
  • Verwiegen der Waren und Eingabe ins EDV System
  • Warenannahme von Rindervierteln und Durchführung der Wareneingangskontrolle
  • Überwachung der Viertelbestände
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienevorgaben

Durch die vielfältigen Arbeitsgebiete und Abteilungen lernen Sie den Betrieb intensiv kennen und bereiten sich für die Zukunft als Führungskraft vor.

 

The profile

  • Ausbildung als Metzger / Fleischer, Lebensmitteltechniker, Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik oder vergleichbar
  • gute EDV Kenntnisse und technisches Verständnis für das Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Berufserfahrung als Metzger im industriellen Umfeld wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Rinder (Gattung, HKL, Fettstufe)
  • gute Organisationsfähigkeit
