We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Mitwirkung bei Unterweisungen und Schulungen im Bereich Arbeitsschutz
  • Ermittlung und Beurteilung von Gefahren, Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Betriebsanweisungen
  • Unterstützung und Beratung bei Beschaffung von Arbeitsmitteln
  • Mitteilung festgestellter Mängel an den Arbeitgeber
  • Schutzmaßnahmen vorschlagen und auf Durchführung hinwirken
  • Kontrolle der Vorgänge auf Wirksamkeit überprüfen
  • Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen nach Unfällen
  • Einberufungen Arbeitsschutzausschuss (ASA) Sitzungen nach Bedarf, spätestens 1x im Quartal

The profile

  • Idealerweise erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung  zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien
  • Erfahrung mit Managementsystemen und Audits
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Teamfähigkeit
