Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften sowie Mitarbeitern in allen personalrelevanten Fragen
  • Steuerung der HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Lifecircle
  • Verantwortung über den Recruitingprozess von der inhaltlichen Gestaltung der Ausschreibung bis zum Onboarding
  • Begleitung und Führung von Vorstellungs- und Personalgesprächen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von geeigneten Personalentwicklungs- und Personalmarketingmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Report, Statistiken und Analysen
  • Unterstützung der Personaladministration
  • Koordination der Berufsausbildung (gewerblich/ kaufmännisch), inkl. Betreuung der Auszubildenden in allen organisatorischen und disziplinarischen Themen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von HR Prozessen
  • Mitarbeit bei HR - Projekten und Sonderthemen

The profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zur/ zum Personalfachkauffrau/ -mann oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im operativen Personalbereich
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten 
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Engagement, Teamfähigkeit, Integrität und Loyalität
  • Routinierter Umgang mit SAP HCM (oder vergleichbar). sowie mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
