Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der offen und motiviert ist, mit vielen verschiedenen Abteilungen zu agieren. Diese Position ist von einem sehr spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Aufgabenfeld geprägt.

  • Erstellung der Versand- und Exportdokumente
  • Zollabwicklung über ATLAS
  • Erfassung von Aufträgen im Warenwirtschaftssystem und Rechnungserstellung
  • Innerbetriebliche Koordination mit der Verladestellen
  • Überwachung der Ausfuhrnachweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Spätschicht
    Mo. - Fr. 16:00 Uhr – ca. 24:00 Uhr

The profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandel (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Zoll- und Exportkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkentnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkentnisse von Vorteil (B2-Niveau)
