As a professional driver (male / female) you have the opportunity to drive technologically advanced trucks with us. In this way, you not only contribute to keeping the quality promise, but also make a contribution to environmental protection and the reduction of emissions on national and international highways.

Your tasks:

  • Verantwortlich für die Fakturierung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen bezüglich Fakturierung
  • Erstellung von Gutschriften gemäß internen Richtlinien und Kundenanforderungen
  • Bearbeitung, Kontrolle und Weiterleitung eingehender Lieferdokumente
  • Identifikation von Schwachstellen im Tagesgeschäft und Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung
  • Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Retourenprozessen
  • Verwaltung der Ladehilfsmittelkonten
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen mit Kunden und Speditionen
  • Administrative Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung eingehender Dokumente
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Audits

Your Profile:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Buchhaltung
  • Grundkenntnisse des Transportmarktes
  • Offenheit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken und gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
