Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

Your Tasks:

  • Tägliche Rechnungserstellung national und international
  • Tägliche Gutschriftenerstellung national und international
  • Reklamationsbearbeitungen - Logistik und Lager
  • Dokumentenmanagement
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten

Your Profile:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich von Buchhaltung, Rechnungsstellung oder -prüfung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, gute Auffassungsgabe, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
