Introduction

Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

Your Tasks:

  • Teamführung und -entwicklung in einem internationalen Team
  • Prozessoptimierung & -weiterentwicklung
  • Unterstützung und Steuerung der täglichen Rechnungs- & Gutschriftenerstellung national und international
  • Steuerung und Unterstützung des Vertragsmanagements national und international
  • Unterstützung bei Rückstellungen, Budgetplanungen und Standardreports
  • Verantwortlich für Kundenpreise und Kalkulationen
  • Begleitung und Umsetzung von internen und externen Projekten

Your Profile:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich von Buchhaltung, Rechnungsstellung oder Vertragswesen
  • Erfahrung als Teamleitung und Prozessmanagement
  • Gutes Zahlen- und Kalkulationsverständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
