Introduction

Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

Your Tasks:

  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Betreuung und bist Key User unseres Warenwirtschaftssystem Navision im Produktionsbereich.
  • Du rechnest täglich den vorherigen Produktionstag ab, kontrollierst die Formblätter und Produktionsdaten und pflegst die Stammdaten.
  • Du erstellst die Wochenabrechnung der Produktionsdaten und erfasst das dazugehörige Protokoll.
  • Du erledigst die Monatsabrechnung der Produktionsdaten mit dem Augenmerk auf den KPI-Zahlen.
  • Du dokumentierst Personalstatistiken, wie z. B. Fehlzeiten der Mitarbeiter:innen und erstellst Quartalsauswertungen.
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Betreuung und Administration des MES-Systems Fastec, erstellst Auswertungen und Präsentationen in Vertretungsregelung.

Your Profile:

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im kaufmännischen/wirtschaftlichen Bereich.
  • Du besitzt optimalerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Projektkoordination oder bist ein engagierter Berufseinsteiger.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrungen in dem Warenwirtschaftssystem Navision, jedoch ist dies nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift.
  • Du besitzt gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und bist sehr gut organisiert.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, eignest Dir Informationen schnell an und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
