Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

The Role

  • Organisation der zeitlichen Tagesabläufe
  • Kontrolle der täglichen Reinigung und Desinfektion an allen Anlagen und Räumlichkeiten nach internen Vorgaben
  • Organisation von Urlaubs- und Arbeitsplanung
  • Kontrolle über die Einhaltung der Produktspezifikationen und Kundenanforderungen
  • Führung von Fehler- und Problemanalysen

The profile

Fachlich

  • Verständnis und Erkennen von verschiedenen Rindfleischqualitäten
  • Kenntnisse über Rinder-Zuschnitte
  • Kenntnisse über grundlegende Arbeitsschritte in der Rinderzerlegung und Verpackung
  • Kenntnisse über grundlegende rechtliche Bestimmungen im Bereich Rindfleischbearbeitung (Hygiene, Lebensmittelsicherheit, Rückverfolgung, Kennzeichnung etc.)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Rindfleischbearbeitung
  • Metzgerausbildung bzw. -meister oder Vergleichbares von Vorteil
  • IT-Grundkenntnisse (MS Word, Excel)
