We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen und Betriebsstoffen, sowie weiterer technischer Bedarfsmittel
  • Warenannahme, Eingangsprüfung und Einlagerung bestellter Ware
  • Überwachung und Dokumentation von Warenbeständen und deren Mindestmengen im Rahmen der Warenwirtschaft
  • Anlegen und Pflege von Material-Stammdaten, sowie der offenen Bestell-Aufträge
  • Abarbeitung und Nachhalten von externen Reparaturaufträgen
  • Durchführung und Begleitung von Inventuren im Bereich Ersatzteile, Betriebsstoffe, sowie weiterer technischer Bedarfsmittel
  • Kommunikation mit Lieferanten (Anfrage und Spezifikation von Angeboten, Nachhalten von Lieferterminen etc.)
  • Dokumentation und Berichterstellung nach rechtlichen externen sowie internen Vorgaben

The profile

  • Technisches Verständnis im Bereich Hydraulik, Pneumatik, Mechanik, Elektrotechnik wünschenswert
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert
  • Strukturiertes und genaues Arbeiten
  • Zahlenverständnis
  • EDV Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Erfahrung mit softwarebasierten Warenwirtschafts- und Bestellsystemen bzw. Instandhaltungssoftware wünschenswert
