Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Aufbau des Produktionscontrollings als Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Controlling und Produktion
  • Unterstützung bei der Budget- und Planungserstellung sowie Plausibilisierung 
  • Schaffung von Kostentransparenz sowie Sicherstellung belastbarer Produktkalkulationen
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Produktionskennzahlen (KPIs) sowie Weiterentwicklung der Herstellkostenkalkulation 
  • Fachliche Unterstützung der Produktionsbreiche bei kaufmännischen Fragestellungen
  • Sie begleiten Projekte entlang der Wertschöpfungskette und bereiten Investitionsentscheidungen vor
  • Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Produktionszielen
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Reportings über die Produktionsleistung und - effizienz
  • Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Produktionsprozesse 
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken innerhalb des Produktionsprozesses
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zu Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses

The profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder als Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Nahrungsmittelindustrie und Kenntnisse im Controlling
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Gewisssenhafte, zuverlässige und organisierte Arbeitsweise 
  • Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
