Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Sie unterstützen direkt den Abteilungsleiter und werden perspektivisch die Rolle des stellvertretenden Abteilungsleiters übernehmen
  • Sie übernehmen zunehmend Verantwortung und vertreten gemeinsam den Abteilungsleiter
  • Absprache mit den Abteilungen Verkauf, Schlachtung und Zerlegung
  • Organisation der Abteilung (Einteilung des Tagesablaufs, Urlaube etc.)
  • Sie als Fleischexperte entscheiden beim Sortieren über die Wertschöpfung der Rinderhälften
  • Verwiegen der Waren und Eingabe ins EDV System
  • Warenannahme von Rindervierteln und Durchführung der Wareneingangskontrolle
  • Überwachung der Hälftenbestände
  • Mitarbeit und Durchführung von Projekten im Betrieb
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits,- Qualitäts- und Hygienevorgaben

 

 

The profile

  • Ausbildung als Metzger / Fleischer, Lebensmitteltechniker, Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung als Metzger im industriellen Umfeld wünschenswert
  • gute EDV Kenntnisse und technisches Verständnis für das Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Rinder (Gattung, HKL, Fettstufe)
  • gute Organisationsfähigkeit
