Who we are

Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten und Personalakten 
  • Vorbereitung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und sonstigen relevanten Dokumenten 
  • Durchführung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen
  • Bearbeitung von internen und externen Anfragen und Anträgen
  • Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement
  • Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten 

The profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z.B. Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder in einem vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Beruf, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Personalbereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP HCM (o. Ä.)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
