Introduction

Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

Your Tasks:

  • Du übernimmst die Bestellabwicklung und Überwachung unserer Rohstoffbestellungen - damit alles reibungslos läuft.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die vollständige Auftragsabwicklung, von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung und Rechnung - Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Du kümmerst Dich um das Handling unserer Leergüter im Rohstoffbereich - damit alles effizient verwaltet wird.
  • Du kontrollierst die Bestände an unseren Lagerorten - damit wir immer den Überblick behalten.
  • Du steht in Kontakt mit Lager und Spedition - für eine optimale Zusammenarbeit.
  • Du pflegst die Stammdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem - damit alle Informationen stets aktuell sind.

Your Profile:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und/oder im Fleischerhandwerk.
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain.
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind sehr gut - mit Deinen guten Englischkenntnissen kannst Du auch punkten.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und genau - Du packst an und nimmst Verantwortung für Deine Aufgaben.
  • Du bringst Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit zur Eigen- und Fremdmotivation mit - Du bist ein Teamplayer und motivierst Dich selbst.
