Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen auf Werksebene. 
  • Kalkulation von Produktkosten unter Berücksichtigung saisonaler Rohstoffpreise.
  • Analyse von Rohstoff-, Verpackungs- und Herstellkosten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung und Supply Chain.
  • Identifikation von Effizienz- und Optimierungspotenzialen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette.
  • Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen bei Investitionen.
  • Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Instrumente und -Prozesse.
  • Unterstützung bei Budget, Forecast und Mittelfristplanung des Werks.
  • Überwachung von Ausschuss-, Schwund- und Verderbquoten.
  • Soll-Ist-Vergleiche sowie Abweichungsanalysen.
  • KPI-Reporting (z. B. OEE, Yield, Materialeinsatzquote, Bestandsreichweiten).
  • Unterstützung bei Audits sowie Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. HACCP, IFS).

The profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Controlling, Finance oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktions- oder Werkscontrolling, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (MS-Dynamacis Navision wünschenswert).
  • Sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse (insb. Excel, Power-Bi/Query).
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung und Produktionskennzahlen.
  • Analytische Stärke, Hands-on-Mentalität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
