Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

Your Tasks:

  • Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden im Großhandel und in der Gastronomie kompetent, serviceorientiert und auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Außendienst zusammen und bringst dich aktiv ins Team ein.
  • Aufträge erfasst und bearbeitest du eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig im System.
  • Um Reklamationen kümmerst du dich professionell, lösungsorientiert und mit dem nötigen Überblick.
  • Du führst zielgerichtete Telefonaktionen durch, um Kunden zu binden und zurückzugewinnen.
  • Verkaufschancen erkennst du frühzeitig und nutzt diese aktiv im telefonischen Kundenkontakt.

Your Profile:

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erworben. 
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst mit, idealerweise im Großhandel oder in der Gastronomie. 
  • Mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen sowie MS Office gehst du sicher um.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und hast ein gutes Gespür für Kunden.
  • Außerdem arbeitest du strukturiert, zuverlässig und zugleich flexibel.
