The Role

  • Zerlegung von Schweinehälften in Teilstücke
  • Ausbeinen von Fleischteilen
  • Zuschneiden und Portionieren nach Vorgaben
  • Sortieren und Klassifizieren von Fleischwaren
  • Verpacken und Etikettieren
  • Bedienung von Schneide- und Zerlegungsmaschinen

The profile

  • Erfahrung in Fleischverarbeitung oder Zerlegung von Vorteil
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Ausdauer
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Kühlräumen
  • Hygienebewusstsein und Sauberkeit
  • Schichtbereitschaft / Flexibilität
