The Role

  • Ersatzteilbeschaffung & Verwaltung
  • Permanente Inventur
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung ggf. Digitalisierung der Maschinen- und Anlagedokumente
  • Ermitteln des Ersatzteilbedarfs mittels FMEA
  • Erstellen von Wartung & Inspektionsplänen
  • Koordination der Wartungen Intern / Extern
  • Führen von Wartungsprotokollen und Berichten
  • Überwachung und Dokumentation von Prüffristen

The profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, Wartungsplanung oder im technischen Ersatzteilmanagement von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis für Maschinen und Anlagen in der Produktion
  • Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Pflege von Wartungs- und Inspektionsplänen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen und Wartungsprotokollen
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Ersatzteilverwaltung und Lagerorganisation
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Excel
