Who we are

Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Zusammen in und mit unserem Team sind Sie für die Steuerung und Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich
  • Sie kümmern sich um das professionelle On- und Offboarding der zukünftigen Kolleg:Innen
  • Sie wirken unterstützend im Vertragswesen und den damit verbundenen Aufgaben mit
  • Sie sind für die Weiterleitung und Informationsbeschaffung sämtlicher Fragestellungen und Anliegen zuständig (z.B. Arbeitsunfähigkeit, Änderungsvereinbarungen, ...)
  • Sie übernehmen teilweise Verwaltungsaufgaben und kümmern sich um das Schlüssel- und Wäschemanagement
  • Sie sind für die Vorbereitung und EDV-Eingabe aller für die Lohn-/ Gehaltsabrechnung erforderlichen Daten und Weiterleitung an die zentrale Abrechnungsstelle verantwortlich
  • Sie wirken unterstützend beim Recruiting sowie Betreuung des Bewerbermanagements mit
  • Sie bereiten sämtliche Personalreports für den HR Manager vor

The profile

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Personal sind von Vorteil
  • Mit den MS-Office-Produkten, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse wären ein weiteres Plus
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Selbstständigkeit und Sorgfalt, persönlich überzeugen Sie uns durch Einsatzfreude, Kommunikationstalent sowie Serviceorientierung
