Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Du verstärkst unser Team mit Erfahrung und Engagement im Bereich Logistik und gestaltest sowie entwickelst unsere Supply-Chain-Prozesse effizient weiter.
  • Dabei planst, steuerst und optimierst Du sämtliche logistische Abläufe und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Lieferketten zuverlässig funktionieren.
  • Du kommunizierst mit unseren Lägern und Speditionen und übernimmst die Abwicklung des täglichen Geschäftsbetriebs. 
  • Die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie unserer Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards liegt in Deiner Verantwortung.
  • Du analysierst Kennzahlen, prüfst Kosten, Qualität und Lieferzeiten und leitest entsprechende Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
  • Darüber hinaus erstellst Du Forecasts, Reports und KPI-Analysen und unterstützt bei strategischen Projekten, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Logistikprozessen.

The profile

  • Du bist Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische  Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Anwendungen mit und besitzt ein ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Talent sowie unternehmerisches Denken.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit aus.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift beherrscht Du sicher.
