Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit Begeisterung und Fachwissen unseren Standort unterstützt.

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen im First- und Second-Level-Support.
  • Du analysierst und behebst Störungen an allen IT-Geräten in unserer Verwaltung und Produktion.
  • Gemeinsam mit der zentralen IT unseres Konzerns stimmst du dich regelmäßig ab und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in IT-Projekte und Changes ein und gestaltest damit unsere digitale Zukunft mit.
  • Im Wechsel mit deinen Teamkollegen übernimmst du Rufbereitschaften und stellst so sicher, dass alles rund läuft - auch außerhalb der Regelarbeitszeit.

The profile

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker, ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung - du hast Freude daran, andere zu unterstützen und Probleme nachhaltig zu lösen.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie den Wunsch, dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um dich sicher im internationalen Umfeld zu bewegen.
  • Kenntnisse in ITIL und ERP-Systemen sind ein Plus - aber kein Muss. Wir unterstützen dich gerne beim Aufbau zusätzlicher Kompetenzen.
