Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Am Empfang sorgst du für eine freundliche und professionelle Betreuung von Besuchern, Kunden und Mitarbeitenden.
  • Telefonate und Anfragen werden von dir entgegengenommen, weitergeleitet und sorgfältig bearbeitet.
  • Die Organisation und Koordination von Posteingängen sowie Terminen gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
  • Du kümmerst dich um ein reibungsloses Besuchermanagement.
  • Im Büro- und Organisationsbereich unterstützt du verschiedene administrative Tätigkeiten.
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen ist Teil deines Arbeitsalltags.
  • Zudem übernimmst du die verantwortungsvolle Kassenführung.
  • Auch die Koordination der Pool- und Mietfahrzeuge liegt in deinen Händen.

The profile

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Empfangs- bzw. Servicebereich bringst du idealerweise mit.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung zeichnet dich aus.
  • Dein Auftreten ist jederzeit freundlich und professionell.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse gehören selbstverständlich dazu; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
  • Der Umgang mit MS Office sowie Telefonanlagen fällt dir leicht.
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit zählen zu deinen Stärken.
  • Zudem arbeitest du verantwortungsbewusst und gehst mit sensiblen Informationen diskret um.
