Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden in Südeuropa und Südwesteuropa partnerschaftlich, serviceorientiert und mit einem feinen Gespür für kulturelle Besonderheiten sowie Marktpotenziale. Dabei entwickelst du bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Außendienst arbeitest du aktiv daran, unseren Vertriebserfolg in Ländern wie Spanien, Portugal, Italien und Frankreich nachhaltig auszubauen.
  • Du steuerst internationale Aufträge eigenverantwortlich - von der Erfassung über die Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen bis hin zur termingerechten Abwicklung - und berücksichtigst dabei stets länderspezifische Anforderungen.
  • Reklamationen bearbeitest du professionell, lösungsorientiert und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Fachabteilungen, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
  • Internationale Fachmessen in deiner Region bereitest du strukturiert nach und entwickelst gewonnene Kontakte konsequent zu langfristigen und erfolgreichen Geschäftsbeziehungen weiter.

The profile

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Vertrieb, Groß- und Außenhandel oder Export.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst mit - idealerweise im Großhandel, in der Gastronomie oder im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Sprachkenntnisse in Spanisch, Französisch oder Italienisch.
  • Du überzeugst durch eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung und hast Freude daran, internationale Märkte aktiv zu betreuen.
  • Du verfügst über interkulturelle Kompetenz und ein gutes Verständnis für die Besonderheiten südeuropäischer Märkte.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Exportabwicklung gesammelt und kennst dich mit Zollthemen, Incoterms und internationalen Versandprozessen aus.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert und zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Organisationsstärke aus.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen sowie mit MS Office ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten im telefonischen Vertrieb runden dein Profil ab.
