The Role

Als Teamleitung im Vertriebsinnendienst bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren regionalen Großhandels- und Gastronomiekunden, dem Außendienst und deinem Team. Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team weiter und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft - für zufriedene Kunden und ein starkes Team!

  • Du leitest fachlich und disziplinarisch ein Innendienstteam, motivierst deine Mitarbeitenden und förderst ihre Entwicklung, um gemeinsam unsere Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Du steuerst das Tagesgeschäft operativ: Kapazitätsplanung, Priorisierung von Aufgaben und Sicherstellung eines effizienten Workflows.
  • Du analysierst KPIs, kontrollierst die Performance und leitest Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität ab.
  • Du koordinierst die Schnittstellen zwischen Vertrieb, Logistik, Marketing und Kundenservice.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Außendienst zusammen und unterstützt die Regional Manager bei Vertriebsaktionen.
  • Du betreust ausgewählte Schlüsselkunden im Großhandel und in der Gastronomie.
  • Du initiierst, planst und kontrollierst Telefonaktionen zur Kundenrückgewinnung und Absatzsteigerung.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Tools und digitalen Lösungen im Vertriebsinnendienst ein.

The profile

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung.
  • Du hast ein hohes Maß an unternehmerischem Denken und arbeitest strukturiert.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Kennzahlensteuerung, Prozessoptimierung und Mitarbeiterführung.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, teamorientiert und bringst Leadership-Qualitäten mit.
  • Du gehst sicher mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen sowie MS Office, insbesondere Excel, um.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
