We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • In deiner Rolle im Sales Controlling übernimmst du eigenständig die Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung kunden- sowie gebietsübergreifender Reports und Analysen. Du sorgst dafür, dass relevante Kennzahlen transparent aufbereitet werden und als fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage dienen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Rückstellungsprozessen und Budgetplanungen und wirkst an der Erstellung sowie Optimierung von Standardreports mit.
  • Darüber hinaus konzipierst, implementierst und entwickelst du KPI-basierte Steuerungs- und Reporting-Tools weiter, um eine zielgerichtete Vertriebssteuerung sicherzustellen.
  • Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt in der Analyse, Ermittlung und dem Monitoring vertrieblicher Bedarfe. Auf Basis deiner Auswertungen leitest du konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab und begleitest deren Umsetzung.
  • Du erarbeitest, optimierst und entwickelst Prozesse und Systeme im Sales Controlling kontinuierlich weiter und bringst eigene Ideen aktiv ein.
  • Zudem wirkst du an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit und übernimmst eigenständig Verantwortung für eigene Projektthemen.

The profile

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. Erste Praxiserfahrung in Buchhaltung, Controlling oder Finance ist von Vorteil.
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und arbeitest strukturiert sowie sorgfältig. Analysen und Kalkulationen liegen dir und du hast Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Im Umgang mit MS Office bist du sicher, insbesondere mit Excel und Outlook. Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Datenaufbereitung und im Reporting mit. Kenntnisse in Power BI oder vergleichbaren BI-Tools sind wünschenswert.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab.
