Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Du bist eine wichtige Stütze unseres Qualitätsmanagements und hältst administrativ wie organisatorisch alles am Laufen.
  • Du entwickelst unser QM-Dokumentationssystem weiter und sorgst dafür, dass alles aktuell und übersichtlich bleibt.
  • Du bereitest interne Audits und Betriebsrundgänge vor, begleitest sie aktiv und sorgst für eine professionelle Nachbereitung.
  • Du bringst dich bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Prozessbeschreibungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Formularen ein.
  • Du unterstützt im Reklamationsmanagement und hilfst, nachhaltige Lösungen zu etablieren.
  • Du analysierst qualitätsrelevante Kennzahlen und bereitest diese verständlich auf.
  • Du koordinierst Schulungen und trägst dazu bei, Wissen im Unternehmen zu stärken.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für interne Schnittstellen sowie externe Partner und Behörden.
  • Du pflegst relevante interne und externe Portale zuverlässig.
  • Du kalibrierst Prüfmittel und führst Prüfungen inklusive Dokumentation gewissenhaft durch.

The profile

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Lebensmittelbereich, idealerweise mit Bezug zum Qualitätsmanagement.
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement oder in administrativen Tätigkeiten sammeln.
  • Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse in QM-Systemen und bist bereit, diese weiter auszubauen.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und gehst sicher mit den gängigen Anwendungen um.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und mit einem hohen Maß an Sorgfalt.
  • Du überzeugst durch dein Organisationsgeschick und kommunizierst klar und wertschätzend.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst dich aktiv ein.
  • Du hast die Motivation, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
