Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products and plant based alternatives with production locations in the Netherlands and Germany. Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide. Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden im Großhandel und in der Gastronomie kompetent, serviceorientiert und auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Außendienst zusammen und bringst dich aktiv ins Team ein.
  • Du erfasst und bearbeitest Aufträge eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig im System.
  • Du kümmerst dich um Reklamationen professionell, lösungsorientiert und mit dem nötigen Überblick.
  • Du führst zielgerichtete Telefonaktionen durch, um Kunden zu binden und zurückzugewinnen.
  • Du erkennst Verkaufschancen frühzeitig und nutzt diese aktiv im telefonischen Kundenkontakt.

The profile

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. 
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst mit, idealerweise im Großhandel oder in der Gastronomie. 
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und hast ein gutes Gespür für Kunden.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und zugleich flexibel. 
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen sowie mit MS Office.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
