Our four Business Units Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, provide fresh pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products for retail, foodservice and the meat processing industry.

We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Betriebsrundgänge und Dokumentenpflege
  • Unterstützung bei Planung und Durchführung von internen und externen Audits
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen
  • Kontrolle der Betriebs-, Umgebung- und Mitarbeiterhygiene
  • Weiterentwicklung des Prozessmanagements einschließlich HACCP Konzepts
  • Überprüfung und Einhaltung der Qualitätspolitik
  • Kontrolle der Tierschutzvorgaben
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Zertifizierungen (IFS, QS, etc.)
  • Erstellung von Labor Probeplänen, Probenentnahmen, Probenversand und Kommunikation mit diversen Laboren
  • Auswertung von Prüfberichten
  • Sonderuntersuchungen und Projektbegleitungen

The profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lebensmitteltechnologe, Lebensmitteltechniker (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Lebensmittelverarbeitenden Beruf mit Erfahrungen in QS/QM wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
  • Freude an selbstständiger und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise 
  • Flexibilität sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstsicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
