We supply customers in our home markets of the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries all over the world. Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

The Role

  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Produktionslinie
  • Überwachung von Produktionsmengen, Qualität und Terminvorgaben
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Produktionskontrollen
  • Behebung kleinerer Störungen und Zusammenarbeit mit der Technik bei größeren Problemen
  • Umrüstung und Einrichtung von Maschinen bei Produktwechseln
  • Kontrolle der Rohstoff- und Materialversorgung an der Linie  
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystem

The profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion oder industriellen Fertigung
  • Technisches Verständnis für Produktionsanlagen
  • Leichte Führungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Kenntnisse in Hygienevorschriften (z. B. HACCP) sind von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
