The Role

Du suchst eine spannende Herausforderung in der Produktion? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Für unsere Produktion suchen wir eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als Schichtleiter Verpackung (m/w/d).

  • Du führst und organisierst dein Team, motivierst deine Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Du trägst die fachliche Verantwortung für den Verpackungsprozess und stellst sicher, dass alle Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards eingehalten werden.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Produktionsplanung, um eine effiziente und termingerechte Fertigung zu gewährleisten.
  • Du überwachst und steuerst sowohl interne als auch externe Vorgaben, damit alle Prozesse optimal ablaufen.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für vor- und nachgelagerte Abteilungen und sorgst für eine gute Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation.

The profile

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber auch motivierte Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen.
  • Du bist teamfähig, arbeitest zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse bringst Du mit, weitere Fremdsprachen wie Englisch, Rumänisch oder Serbisch sind von Vorteil.
  • Du hast gute EDV-Kenntnisse und kannst Dich sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Software bewegen.
